By accessing and using the Calmerohq platform ("the Platform"), operated by Calmero HQ S.R.L., you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we ask that you do not use the Platform.

Calmerohq is a digital real estate crowdlending platform that facilitates the connection between investors and real estate development projects in Argentina. The Platform acts as a technological intermediary, allowing multiple investors to participate in the collective financing of construction, renovation, and urban development projects.

Calmerohq does not guarantee the profitability of investments or the completion of projects. All investment carries inherent risks that the investor must evaluate independently.

To use the Platform as an investor, you must: be over 18 years of age; have tax residency in the Argentine Republic or in an eligible country; hold a valid identity document; and have a bank account in your name at a financial institution authorized by the BCRA.

Before participating in any project, Calmerohq may request additional information to assess your investor profile, in accordance with the provisions of the National Securities Commission (CNV). This assessment aims to ensure that you understand the risks associated with real estate crowdlending and that your financial situation is compatible with this type of investment.

Real estate crowdlending involves significant risks, including but not limited to: partial or total loss of invested capital; delays in the execution or completion of projects; fluctuations in the Argentine real estate market; exchange rate risk; illiquidity of investments; and risk of insolvency of the real estate developer.

Calmerohq does not offer guarantees of return on investments made through the Platform. Past returns do not constitute a guarantee of future returns. We recommend investing only capital that you can afford to lose.

The investment process includes: selecting a project available on the Platform; defining the investment amount within established limits; accepting the specific terms of the project; transferring funds according to the provided instructions; and monitoring the project's progress through the Platform.

Calmerohq may charge fees for the intermediation services provided. Applicable fees will be clearly and transparently disclosed before the confirmation of each investment. Banking costs, taxes, and any other expenses associated with fund transfers are borne by the investor.

All content on the Platform, including texts, images, logos, design, source code, trademarks, and other elements, are the exclusive property of Calmero HQ S.R.L. or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or unauthorized use of any content without our prior written consent is prohibited.

Calmerohq shall not be liable for: losses arising from investments made; damages caused by interruptions, errors, or technical failures of the Platform; actions or omissions of real estate developers; force majeure events; nor for investment decisions made by the user based on information available on the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute that may arise in connection with the use of the Platform, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

Calmerohq reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon their publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of changes implies acceptance thereof.
