(hereinafter "Calmerohq", "we" or "the Platform"), with registered address at Av. del Libertador 6250, 8th Floor, C1428ARN, Buenos Aires, Argentina, is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect the personal information you provide when using our real estate crowdlending platform.

This policy complies with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and its supplementary regulations, as well as the provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

We collect information you provide directly when registering, completing forms, or communicating with us, including: full name, email address, phone number, home address, identity document (DNI/CUIL/CUIT), financial information necessary for investor suitability assessment, and any other information you choose to share voluntarily.

Additionally, we automatically collect technical information during your browsing, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent, and cookie data (subject to your consent preferences).

We use your personal data to: manage your investor account and profile; assess your suitability to participate in real estate crowdlending projects; process and manage investments; communicate relevant information about the projects you participate in; comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations; improve our services and user experience; and, with your consent, send you commercial communications.

The processing of your data is based on: your express consent, granted by accepting this policy; the execution of the contractual relationship between you and Calmerohq; compliance with legal obligations, especially those arising from CNV regulations and applicable Argentine legislation; and our legitimate interest in improving and securing our services.

We may share your personal information with: real estate developers associated with projects you invest in (only strictly necessary information); service providers that assist us in operating the platform (payment processing, data hosting, communication services); regulatory and governmental authorities when required by law; and legal and accounting advisors in the exercise of their functions.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Some of our technology service providers may be located outside Argentina. In such cases, we ensure that such transfers are carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law 25,326 and under appropriate safeguards for the protection of your data.

We retain your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, and for additional periods established by applicable legislation. Investment-related data is retained for a minimum of ten (10) years in accordance with the legal obligations of the Argentine financial sector.

In accordance with Law 25,326, you have the right to: access your personal data and know what information we hold about you; request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data; request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected; object to the processing of your data in certain cases; and request the portability of your data.
